So far so good, great deal in this day and age when storage space is so expensive

I bought Koofr after spending time researching cloud storage options because I needed a large amount of storage, but I really did not want another recurring monthly or yearly fee, so the lifetime 1TB plan on StackSocial was very appealing to me. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase. The interface is not the most visually impressive, but it is user-friendly, straightforward, and, most importantly, mature. I have bought several other lifetime cloud storage plans before here in StackSocial, had fancy interfaces but were missing basic functions or had unreliable upload behavior. Koofr feels much more reliable and complete in comparison. File management works exactly as expected. It is easy to create folders, rename files, move items around, sort files, tag items, search for files, and organize storage without confusion. The search function is decent and convenient, though I would not call it extremely powerful. The platform also includes office-related functionality, which is a nice bonus. The upload/download speeds are generally fair, and sometimes quite fast. Speed can vary depending on the connection and situation, but the more important point for me is reliability. Koofr has been very stable when uploading, downloading, and accessing files. I have not noticed file size limits in my normal use. One thing I especially appreciate is that Koofr handles large upload queues better than some other services I have tried. That makes a big difference when uploading many files, such as phone photos, because unreliable uploads can waste a lot of time and become very annoying when files are missing. Setup is very easy, and Koofr works well across web, desktop, and mobile apps. I mainly use Android, and the app has been practical for uploading and accessing files. Koofr also continues to update its apps and features, which gives me more confidence that the product is actively maintained. I noticed that the iOS app also seems to have received a major update recently. I cannot comment on the current iOS experience, but in the past I gave another lifetime plan to an iPhone user and background photo upload was more limited due to iOS restrictions. I would suggest iPhone users try the free account first to see whether the current app fits their needs before buying. Sharing files and folders is simple and convenient. Koofr provides full permission controls and secure sharing options for my personal use. I know collaboration tools are available but not comprehensive, although I have not used them heavily for team projects. For normal file and folder sharing, it works very well and is easy to understand. Customer support has also been a positive experience. They have never ignored my questions, and the response time has been reasonable. For example, I once uploaded all the pictures from my Android phone and had some concerns related to Android notifications and retry after internet connection interruptions. Support explained the situation clearly, and after that I felt much more comfortable relying on the service. Security and privacy were important factors for me before purchasing. I checked user comments and reviews online and felt Koofr was trustworthy. It is based in Europe, which is a plus for users who care about privacy and data protection. It also supports security features such as two-factor authentication and Vault for extra privacy. WebDAV support with control in keys is another very useful feature for people who want more flexible access. One feature I like is the ability to connect with other cloud storage services. I sometimes use this to move files from Google Drive into Koofr, especially when I want to save upload time for certain larger files. In my experience, Koofr may not always be the fastest for direct uploads, but it handles upload queues and large batches more reliably, especially from app and web. The main downside is that 1TB is the maximum for this lifetime deal, and the plan cannot be stacked. For heavier users like me, 1TB may not be enough, so I had to buy separate accounts and organize storage that way. Fortunately, sharing between accounts is still possible, just not ideal. I would definitely appreciate an option to buy more lifetime storage or stack plans. Also, the built-in online multimedia player is not very strong in terms of features or speed. It also does not have advanced automatic photo album creation or AI-style media search features. The interface is clean and lightweight, but not as feature-heavy as some bigger subscription-based platforms. That said, for the price, I think Koofr 1TB lifetime is absolutely worth it.

Good value for money no issues with Koofr yet and hope they remain in business long term think I got a good deal here. The user interface is good and the mobile app for accessing the backups I like you can link up Google and Dropbox to this which makes it good.
